1. Who you are buying from

Kubz is a trading name of Kubz LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number [TO BE COMPLETED], with its registered office at [TO BE COMPLETED]. You can reach us at contact@kubzfood.com.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed through kubzfood.com. By placing an order you accept them. We may update them, and the version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

3. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — not when you receive the order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

We may refuse or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, where a price or description was clearly wrong, or where we suspect fraud.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. The total you pay, including delivery, is shown in full before you confirm your order — we add nothing afterwards. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken when your order is placed.

5. Delivery

Delivery times, costs and destinations are set out in our Delivery page. We deliver to the United Kingdom and to 28 other countries. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. We go further: Kubz accepts returns for 30 days from delivery. How to do it is set out in our Returns & Refunds page.

This does not affect your right to reject faulty goods.

7. If something is wrong with your order

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Contact us at contact@kubzfood.com with your order number and a photograph, and we will sort it.

8. Product information

Our trays are made of food-grade silicone with fitted lids, in three formats (6 × 125 ml, 4 × 250 ml, 2 × 500 ml) and three colours. Photographs are accurate but screen colours vary slightly. Capacities are nominal. Please follow the care instructions supplied with your trays.

9. Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, or for losses arising from use of the products outside their intended purpose.

10. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If one occurs, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund of undelivered goods.

11. Complaints

Write to contact@kubzfood.com with your order number. We aim to reply within two working days.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
