Dispatch

Orders placed on a working day are dispatched the same day where possible. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched the next working day. You receive a dispatch email with a tracking link.

International

We deliver to 28 countries beyond the UK, including Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, the United States, Canada, Australia and Japan.

Duties and import taxes

Orders shipped outside the UK may attract import duty or local VAT on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are payable by you, the recipient. They are not included in the price you pay us.

Tracking your parcel

Every order ships with tracking. See Track my order.

If your parcel does not arrive

If tracking has not moved for five working days, or the delivery window has passed, email contact@kubzfood.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier and, where a parcel is lost, resend or refund in full.

Wrong address

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Tell us as soon as possible if it is wrong and we will correct it before dispatch. Once dispatched, we cannot redirect a parcel.
